TDIC had engaged with Rynton Technology Consultants to define the ICT Strategy for an Intelligent Island, a place that makes the best use of information and communication technology to make work easier and life better for those who come to Saadiyat. Results achieved: Rynton on behalf of TDIC has received written confirmation from all stakeholders and authorities for TDIC to build their own island-wide unified network which serves as the base infrastructure for the intelligent island.

Central Market consists of a local Souk, shopping mall, 88 storey residential building, 60 storey commercial building and two hotels. The review recommended an integrated approach for the complete development providing a reduction in operating costs and enabling the delivery of high bandwidth services.
