- Data Center Strategy: We assist in clarifying requirements, identifying data center Tier level targets, creating cost/benefit, ROI and TCO estimates, and creation of data center plan and roadmap aligned with the strategic goals of the business.
- Data Center Design: In the Design Phase we assess buy/build options, author RFP’s, and identify collocation, engineering and construction partners.
- Data Center Transition: We assist with the steps necessary to implement the Data Center plan including contract negotiation, project management, relocation of data processing services, and consolidation of IT assets.
- Data Center Operation: Toward continual improvement of operations, we assess current state against contemporary best practices, benchmark against industry standards, and develop an executable gap analysis to improve and align service delivery with the needs of the Business. We also deliver Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning services, and can integrate BC/DR requirements into the enterprise data center plan.
